Announcements for December 6, 2020

  • Angel Tree is up! Please help the children of incarcerated parents in our community receive Christmas gifts. Make sure you only take the bottom part of the angel and leave the top part with your name written on it. Due back to the church by December 7th.

    If you are not comfortable coming into the church to pick one up because of Covid, please feel free to send a monetary gift in a timely manner to the church to help in ordering these presents.   • Christmas program will be December 13th during Sunday Worship Service.  Practice is during Sunday School time.  See Candace for details on participating.  Please bring your favorite Christmas cookies to share on the 13th
  • December 20th @ 2:00 pm Christmas Caroling with Soup to follow
  • December 24th Christmas Eve Candlelight and Communion Service at 5:00 pm
  • December 31st Youth Group Lock-in.  Please see Trevor if you would like to donate food or help with chaperoning
  • If you would like to bring in a poinsettia in memory of a loved one, please feel free to do so

Isaiah 9:6 – 7

6For to us a child is born, to us a son is given;
    and the government shall be upon his shoulder,
    and his name shall be called:
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7Of the increase of his government and of peace
    there will be no end,
on the throne of David and over his kingdom,
    to establish it and to uphold it
with justice and with righteousness
    from this time forth and forevermore.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.
