Announcements for June 27, 2021

  • Today!! June 27th VBS meeting at 1:30 PM for those interested in participating this year; please let others that may be interested know as well.
  • Camp is filling up fast! Please get your registrations in ASAP to go!
  • Starting July 2nd there will be a women’s Bible study on Fridays at 9 AM at Ashley Robbins house. The study will include the book Matchless by Angie Smith. You can order your own or contact the church regarding securing a copy. Ashley is also looking for a babysitter to help enable moms with young children to come. Please contact Ashley Robbins (840-2292) for directions or any questions you might have.
  • 75th Anniversary Party for our church is being planned! Stay tuned for more info!
  • If you would like to help with church cleaning, please sign-up!
  • The food pantry is always accepting donations. Please place donations in the orange tote in the foyer.

Philippians 4:4 – 9

4Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!  5Let your gentle spirit be known to all people.  The Lord is near.  6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  7And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

8Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things.  9As for the things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
