• Today July 10^th – 1:30 VBS meeting at the 1^st Christian Church; this is for everyone who is helping!
• July 16^th @ 1pm – A community event at the Trinity River Ranch. Paving the Way Foundation will be showing the film ‘Trapped in the Trade’- a powerful look at human trafficking and ways we can prevent it. Check the flyer out on the bulletin board by the main entrance.
• June 19^th – July 17^th Will be our final collection for One Great Hour of Sharing.
• July 24^th – 28^th VBS from 6:30 – 8:00 PM; this year it will be at the 1^st Christian Church. Additional helpers are always appreciated. Please see Pastor or Donna Brozik if you would like to help.
• August 7^th– Council Meeting followed by a potluck! Members will be receiving more information regarding this important meeting. Everyone is invited to stay for the potluck and fellowship.
• August 14^th – Our Annual Picnic at the river. More details will be provided. Mark your calendar and plan on a fun day at the river with a church service as well. Party time!!!
• There are sign-ups for Camp Judson in the foyer. Please see Ross or Kim DeMers for any questions you might have or to discuss scholarship opportunities.

Matthew 5:13 – 16

¹³“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.

¹⁴“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. ¹⁵Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. ¹⁶In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
